Experian is not removing accounts items that was open in XXXX & XXXX due to fraud. Some account was open over 7 years ago. Experian is stating from the last payment activity on my that's when the accounts will be removed. That is not Federal Law. Federal Law says account should be removed from the 7 years of account opening. And these accounts listed in the FTC report that was submitted to all 3 of the Credit Reporting Agencies..
