Good afternoon, I am writing to file a complaint and request an audit into Flagship Credit Acceptance business practices. I purchased a car with them in XXXX XXXX XXXX and I pust {$6000.00} in cash to get the loan approved. I have paid on time until XX/XX/XXXX, my wife and I exprienced a financial hardship and are still going through it. I requested a loan deferment for the month of XXXX. I completed what was asked of me to get this done and I was under the assumption that everything was fine as I have made the request previously before with the same process. I resumed payments in XXXX and a few months later, I recieved a notification in XXXX XXXX XXXX that I was month behind. I paid XXXX payments in XXXX and expressed my frustration and it fell on deaf ears. As time went on, I made my car payments on time and everything was fine XX/XX/XXXX. I receieved a notification that I owed {$370.00} for XXXXXXXX XXXX payment. My payment is {$470.00}, Flagship updated their system in XXXX and customers are unable to see their payment history and live chat online isnt an option. I inquired about the {$370.00} ( two times ) through email and didnt receive a response. I assumed it was for late fees and I received a credit for over paying earlier this year. I scheduled some automated payments and the system didnt show anything out of the ordincary as I knew I had to pay XXXX and XXXX 's payment. I logged in XXXX to schedule automated payments and the system showed I owed for XXXX and XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX {$470.00}. When I logged back in to reschedule the payment on XX/XX/XXXX it showed I owed for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXXXXXX XXXX payment. I sent an email inquiring and spoke to a an agent. She couldnt figure out why the system was showing I owed for XXXX and I paid it on XXXX. XXXX XXXX requested an audit on XX/XX/XXXX as I was all of a sudden facing reposession and I have been going back and forth with customer service ever since. XXXX was supposed to call me back and I never recieved a call. I am getting conflicting answers and its beyond frustrating, whether its been credited or not. I was told last Thursday that the audit is still on going but its only supposed to take XXXX hours and it was requested on XXXXMaking these payments is a sacrifice and I need a credit for XXXX, XXXX ( paid on XX/XX/XXXX through XXXX XXXX ) , and XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX payment ( paid on XX/XX/XXXX through XXXX XXXX ) and a deferment for XXXX payment. I have a copy of the latest email i sent them and will attach it in this email. I am requesting an thourough audit into my loan file and Flagship credit acceptance new system and business practices.
