I opened a business line of credit with Santander Bank for $ XXXX in XX/XX/2019. During the pandemic, they decided they wanted the loan paid in full. I never received this notification, but even if I did, I would not have been able to come up with all that money. My business was severely affected during the pandemic. I even contacted them during, to find out what programs they had available just in case I couldnt make payments. They automatically withdrew monthly payments & there was over $ XXXX from which they would take. I got a call from XXXX XXXX who was working out an extension, refinancing of the loan. Next thing I know, they had me in court & refused to accept any agreement for a repayment plan. They have been aggressive & unreasonable during the entire ordeal. They have now secured a judgment against my company which will permanently close my business. At no time did I say Im not repaying the loan. I just wanted a repayment plan & once I can get another loan I would pay the full. They asked me for financial information to determine a payment plan, but was never interested in that. They were bent on destroying my company. My company is the sole provider for my family & we will be severely impacted
