I am working on buying a house from XXXX XXXX XXXX. They will only use 21st mortgage for their used homes. They said they do not deal with any other mortgage company. I applied with 21st and was denied because of a problem I had with them 20 years ago. I asked them if there was a way around that since this dealership will only deal with them and they stated that if they ever had a problem with you they will never do business with you again. This all took place this week. How long can a bank blacklist you from doing business when the information has been off of my credit report for at least 10 years?
