This company as a furnisher and a repository has been given ample opportunity to correct all data on the credit report concerning student loans. They were given identity theft reports and there also has been affidavits filed with XXXX stating the same measure. What this may come down to is the securities fraud that they may be acting in as they have been warned several times that they have no consent to continue on the path they are own. I've asked them to produce the original contract and security agreement. They have yet to do that. I also sent them an invoice and Now I will start reaching out to the IRS and The S.E.C. for all of the Breach that has continued.
