On XX/XX/XXXX I disputed an account via notarized Affidavit stating the multiple inaccuracies. The account was not FCRA COMPLIANT nor in compliance with the METRO 2 guidelines. I pointed out the incorrect and untrue reporting with no rebuttal beyond the 30 days allotted. No rebuttal to an affidavit stands as true in the eyes of the law. Ive notice this account fluctuates in dates which manipulates the statute of limitations also. I feel I am a victim of identity theft and I request a block of this account. According to federal law I did not provide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report. I am requesting that the reporting of this information be blocked and deleted according to federal law 1681 c-2. My request to block is not being made in error ; nor is my request to block being made on the basis of a material misrepresentation of fact by me revenant to the request to block the identified transactions. The identified transactions are not info related to any transactions by me as the consumer. You are required to do what I am asking and block these transactions from being reported to my consumer report and file within 4 days from the date of the receipt of this notice. I look forward to your response. 6802 gramm-leach Bliley act grants me the right to privacy and confidentiality. I Never opted in and gave permission to use my private information and The four identifiers that are required to block the following information is included.
