In disdain of multiple previous written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They failed to comply with Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 605b, within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified ( erroneous ) information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. After a thorough review of my credit report from your agency, I have identified several items that require immediate attention and deletion. I have provided the details of the disputed items along with explanations of the inaccuracies, the information reported for the above-mentioned accounts are inaccurate and does not reflect the current status of the accounts. I have enclosed supporting documentation that validates the correct information. I am pleased to request that you investigate this matter and remove the inaccurate accounts from my credit report as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have enclosed nor attached my documents in my letter. I understand that it is your responsibility, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to conduct a thorough investigation within 30 days and to inform me of the results. I respectfully request your prompt attention to this matter and a timely resolution. With this, I am asking for you immediate assistance to remove the items that result from alleged Identity Theft.
