I reached out to Westlake Portfolio Management via US mail on XX/XX/2023 requesting a debt validation for a debt resulting in a car loan. Westlake reached out to me numerous times regarding the alleged debt requesting payment even after the receiving the requested information. I was contacted via phone, email and US mail stating that if a payment was not received then they would be forced to take further action. It is now XXXX XXXX and I have not received the debt validation but they are now reporting on my credit.
