According to the FCRA the term " investigative consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They stated these accounts were verified but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to the law. Also, every piece of information on these accounts are still not reporting 100 % Accurate because I did not give permission for neither of the companies to gain access to my credit profile. I asked for the creditors and also the credit bureau to furnish documentation and none of the documentation was shown to me. And according to the FRCA 15 USC 1681 everything has to be 100 % Accurate or there can be a penalty of XXXX $ for every inconsistency being reported that is making it hard for me to be productive in society due to the lack of properly investigating the matter.
