This is with reference to Case Number : XXXX filed against XXXX XXXX on Capital One Credit card. I did a free trial with XXXX XXXX and cancelled after the free trial ended, I cancelled on the day free trial ended which was XX/XX/2023. XXXX XXXX went on to charge my card on file after I had cancelled for {$69.00}. I tried contacting XXXX on the wrong charge through email and phone number but could never get through. Finally, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and provided the cancellation email as proof that I cancelled on the day the free trial ended. To my disappointment but I was not surprised, my credit card company took sides with the merchant simple for their selfish merchant fee gain to the detriment of their customer, and refused to present my claim for a full refund of {$69.00} even when I presented the proof of cancellation via the email send by XXXX XXXX.
