I asked credit reporting company to verify that the information on my credit report is reporting correctly. The credit reporting agency said they did so I refreshed my credit report to see that it still say that my credit report wasn't updated and I still found inaccuracies still on my credit report even after they said they did verify everything on my credit report. XXXX-Account # XXXX is this account and in accordance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX Account # XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. States I have the rights to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agrncy can not furnish a account without written instructions.
