I requested my report, in the mail i received notification they didnt have it or could not verify me, i contacted them on XX/XX/XXXX and was able to get my identity verified They sent me a letter with a link to my report which i could not access, i contacted support via email, they tell me to call, i can not get through to a live individual I contact them via email and ask for a supervisor, they refuse to comply and thus have not provided me with the report i have asked for
