I called equifax because when i pulled my report up on equifax.com the only things i see is one address that belong to an authorized your and the one account from the authorized users account, but I am not seeing the rest of my report. I was in the middle of getting my car loan and already had my pre approval so when my bank went to submit my loan my whole credit profile ie erased other then the one authorized user account and their address. I ask them is there anyway they could delete my online account so I can see if that would reset my profile so way and the XXXX operator XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX stated she could not close the whole account out so I can create a new one. This has messed me up from getting my car loan today and now this has effected me from being able to make it to work. I need for my credit profile to show all my information accurately.
