I visited XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2022 for a XXXX XXXX. I gave them my insurance info and paid my XXXX copay to them. 6 months later I get a bill in the mail from XXXX XXXX of XXXX saying I owe one amount. I call them and they say I owe a different amount. I told them my visit was billed through insurance and gave them my insurance info. A year later I get a few more bills in the mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX saying I owe different amounts. I check with my insurance and they verify all bills were paid and I should owe nothing. I call XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and advise them of this, they said they would look into it. Now I'm getting letters in the mail and calls from a collections agency named ATG Credit saying I owe numerous different amounts. I've disputed those amounts. I've included screenshots of what my insurance paid out on the claim. I never hired XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, I hired XXXX XXXX XXXX. If the hospital sub contracted something out to this company, their dispute should be with the hospital. As far as I'm concerned the claim has been paid and I owe nothing.
