The collection agency is blaming you and you are blaming them. I have not gotten any results with your actions. I will like for you to investigate this matter to the full extent. Read the documentation I have attached.15 USC 1681 states, " The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. '' Yall both are participating in this allegation, and I want to have my attorney general involved if you don't honor the law. You understand that the lenders depend on you for accuracy according to the law being stated and by your errors, its undermining the public confidence such as banks and apartments. I can not move due to your carless errors. This account remains inaccurate after every dispute investigation which means in the investigation of XXXX are not performing very well and are not lawful. You are supposed to contact neighbors and other sources to verify the debt. I am wanting to know when are yall going to own up to mistakes and pay me and delete the account. I have attached the collection agency statement about your actions and the credit reports before and after investigation.
