XXXX of 2023, I reached out regarding inaccurate information on my personal credit reports. I have been notified that my information has been used over XXXX times on the dark web ; I was notified by several institutions to look into my credit report and place a fraud alert/freeze. There are multiple errors with my name and address that appear across all XXXX platforms. XXXX, Trans Union and XXXX. My name appears several different ways, also including my previous married name. It states that my spouse is my ex, I never gave a name for spouse. My credit is being affected tremendously by all of the incorrect information posted. As for my addresses; there are over XXXX different spellings of my name that I asked to be corrected as well. After printing out new reports today, I notice everything is still showing as if I never contacted anyone. I also noticed after printing out XXXX pages on this report that the inquiries listed are insane. I have requested for this to be taken care of as well.
