On the months, of XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of year 2023 I sent over a verification letter to Equifax Credit Berau. I asked them to validate all the accounts on my credit file and they DID NOT. They sent a letter stating that they did which was a lie because how did they validate anything when they couldn't send over anything with my signature on it. Also, I asked that any inquires not associated with an account and is over 30 Days old be removed immediately. THEY STILL HAVE THE ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT PROFILE THAT i ASKED TO BE REMOVED. AT THIS POINT, if they dent remove the unverified accounts within 3 days I intend to pursue legal action and litigation in accordance with the FCRA to seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 if the unverified items are not deleted immediately.
