I have been trying to work on my credit for years I had to apply for XXXX XXXX in XXXX which was 7 years ago.the agencies are still holding it against me. I paid off a collection they removed from my credit report this company refuses to. When I filed my XXXX XXXX it was only to affect me for 7 years. If law has changed since then it should nogt affect consumers who applied prior to the law change. I filed XXXX XXXX because I had severe identity and my husband had a massive XXXX XXXX. I didnt want to lose my home. I have no credit accept for my student loans. I paid off 6 loans. My loans are not in default nor have they ever. I have already reported the credit companies. My complaint against you is I have know way to increase my credit score however there are many ways to decrease my credit score I want to know why is that I have a document from you that specifically expresses that. This is a form of discrimination. A bankruptcy from 7 years ago should not be a factor in my credit health. Items are removed off your credit after 7 years. This kind of practice is targeted towards a specific class. Because of this I am unable to receive a student loan my last year in college. I need a answer as why I am sized up in such a manner
