I am the surving owner of my deceased husband ( XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am contesting the payment of {$430.00} to Westlake Portfolio Management. Due to fraudulent activities on behalf of U.S. Auto dealership located at XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I later discovered this transaction and financing was an in house financing with extremely high interest rates. Ballooning the monthly payments. I've requested on several occasions from Westlake Portfolio Management a payment history on this account. And I have not received any documentation concerning the full transaction of this purchase. Therefore I am filing this formal complaint with a government agency to assist me in resolving this debt. I've been harassed and threatened by Westlake Portfolio Management staff and employees. I wish for Consumer Finance to assist me in bringing these threats and harassment to an end. Thank for your assistance in this matter.
