XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XXXX XXXX this year, {$9500.00} disappeared from my Truist business account. Truist Bank fraudulently wired these funds out of my account they NEVER contacted me to verify that this was my transfer. The {$9500.00} simply disappeared without my knowledge and without my consent. I am desperately trying to get my money back! I have spoken to over 20 Truist employees, in-person and in my local bank. I emailed the CEO of Truist who promised he would look into this, but nothing has come of his promise. I visited my local branch with a lawyer who was told that the Truist Legal Department would call him they never did, and I can not continue to afford a lawyer to help me get my money back. ) In spite of all the conversations and emails with Truist employees, I have gotten no answers how this money left my account. The disappearance of my money has had a significant impact on me personally. I work very hard for what I earn, and this fraudulent transfer of my money has painfully impacted me and has also prohibited the growth and progress of my business. Would you please help me get to the bottom of this? I am desperately trying to get answers as well as simply get my money back from Truist. Thank you for time, attention, and care.
