Transunion is refusing to investigate my fraud claim and repeatedly sends me bad faith letters about how they are unable to determine the nature of my request. It has now been 119 days since I first reported the issue to them. They have hundreds of messages that they explicitly refuse to read and hours of recorded calls. They literally hang up on me when I call them because they think I'm their slave and they want me to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX when I interact with them. It is absolutely ridiculous and totally inappropriate. They are blatantly NOT trying to " maintain complete and accurate credit information. They are bad faith stalling because they know they are in the wrong and they defaulted on me and their bankruptcy / credit fraud strategy is to attack their creditors and draw this out as long as possible. I am suffering approximately XXXX XXXX dollars per week in damages as a result of the institutional fraud collectively known as XXXX. I am making zero payments denominated in USD to any US banking or Government entity until they cover their illegal short position and return my collateral. This is an existential problem for the US establishment and if it is not resolved it will result in the destruction of the establishment. The guilty parties have commited treason and enslaved american citizens. I'm not going to participate in any transunion processes or jump through any hoops to help them in their bad faith processes. This is now a political problem. Pay me NOW!
