I spoke with this debt collector by phone and told them this wasn't a debt I owed. They still sent me a letter insisting I acknowledge and pay this debt without any proof. This company should nt have ANY of my medical history. My medical history is protected by HIPPA, I dont know these people and why would they ave access to private medical information? Why is this legal and who are these people with my address and stating they have access to my medical history?
