XXXX XXXX, credit services department refuses to provide me with my 2 charge-off credit card accounts, ( XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX accounts- XXXX XXXX 1099-C for both credit cards. So, I may file my taxes with the IRS. XXXX XXXX is making it very difficult to receive my 1099 forms. I would have to also report them to the IRS so they may reach out to them with the information.
