XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion the credit companies are all reporting inaccurate in my credit report. 15 US Code 1681i ( 5 ) states that removal of Inaccurate/ invalidated credit information. I have sent letters to all three credit companies and have not gotten a response in 30 days. They are reporting late payments on my credit report without my consent. 15 US Code 1681a states that this is a law, and it should be removed.
