Consumer Narrative

I received a copy of my consumer report recently after being denied an extension of credit due to reported late payments. Consumer reporting agencies have a duty under federal lawto report consumer information as accurately as possible. The items in this dispute have different information reporting across all bureaus which is a violation and not reporting 100 % accurate as required by law. I have never been late on payments for the account listed in this dispute. By law they must produce proof with statements proving that these payments were late as required. If they do not provide sufficient proof then this constitutes noncompliance and is a violation under 15 US Code 1681i ( e ). I sent my initial letter to the credit reporting agency on XX/XX/2023 informing them that there was inaccurate information and that they had 30 days to do investigate per the FCRA and failed to investigate in the allowed time frame. I sent a demand to comply letter XX/XX/2023 informing the credit reporting agency that they failed to follow procedure and that I never received investigation results and they still refuse to investigate and send me results. More than 60 days had passed so I drafted an affidavit of facts on XX/XX/2023 outlining all the violations they committed and sent to the CRA along with a CFPB complaint. The company responded via the CFBP complaint portal that they have 60 days to respond. It has been more than 90 days since my initial notice which is more then allowed under the FCRA. I am demanding the items in this dispute be removal immediately and my affidavit is rebutted as required under law now!!!!
