This is my complaint to TRUIST BANK for taking no action on correcting and removing the fraudulent account that is still reflected on my credit report and continue to damage my reputation. I sent out several dispute letters but until this time no further action has been taken. I have attached my FTC report with report number XXXX. I was expecting that they will be reporting accurate information on my file but it seems they are not.
