There is a hard inquiry on my TransUnion report from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. I did not apply for credit w/XXXX. I've sent dispute letters on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Each time I received a letter stating that the inquiry will remain because the company said it was accurate. I reached out to XXXX Bank Delaware ( XXXX ) XXXX XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XXXX. I spoke to a representative ( XXXX ) that searched their database and advised me that there is no record of my full social security number used to apply for credit. I was advised to call TransUnion and advise them that nothing was found. I called TransUnion ( XXXX ) XXXX @ XXXX XXXX. I spoke to a representative ( XXXX ) that said they can't remove the inquiry without a letter from XXXX XXXX stating that I did not apply for any credit. I called XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX again @ XXXX XXXX. The representative stated that they can't give me a letter regarding not finding any application containing my full social security number. I was again referred back to TransUnion. I'm getting referred back and forth without any resolution.
