This regards PNC banking. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted a {$8400.00} withdrawal request from my child 's XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Conversations with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX indicated that the transfer to PNC was confirmed on XX/XX/2023. To date ( XX/XX/2023 ), the funds do not show as PENDING or present in the PNC account. On the evening of XX/XX/2023, I also contacted PNC. Recordings will indicate I was polite and direct at all times. The first PNC representative did not seem to understand what a XXXX transfer was. The second PNC representative pretended that she could not hear me, and disconnected. I called back. The PNC representative suggested that I check on the projected transfer time. My understanding is that it is three days. I would like to know where my {$8400.00} is ( more directly, PNC needs to deposit it into my account ).
