I have contacted this company several times through certified mail asking for valid proof of ownership of account with a signed contract with this company. This company has failed to send the contract but statements, which is not the same yet has not removed from 2 of my credit reports ( XXXX and XXXX ). Pursuant to 18 USC 8, I owe no debt, THis company is violating my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1682 1b. This company has no permission to report ANYTHING using my information pursuant to 15 USC 1681.4.
