In XXXX, XXXX, I became aware of a delingquency that was shown on the XXXX credit card account. I contacted the credit union and discussed the issue. I had not received a statement, nor did I receive a notice that the payment was late. They looked into the issue and found that they sent the statement and notices to an address that we had lived at 10 years earlier. They had no explanation as to why that occurred. I immediately paid the outstanding amount. They agreed that the problem was due to their error and sent notices to each of the reporting agencies telling them the problem was on their end and the past due indication should be removed. The other reporting agencies changed the report, but TransUnion did not. I've filed multiple disputes with TransUnion with no results. I again spoke to the credit union representive and she assured me they sent the change to TransUnion. She again said she would send another one which has also been ignored. She also indicated that this is not abnormal for TransUnion. When she has a problem with a reporting agency, it is them.
