I notified the credit reporting companies that the information on my report was inaccurate and asked them to correct it. However, over 1 year later and only one credit reporting agency removed the accounts from my report. The accounts are collections accounts and they are not mine. I have asked the company to provide proof of ownership put they can only provide me with a statement from another company, which is not them. I do not owe the debt, pursuant to 18 USC 8. This company is violating my consumer right to privacy, 15 USC 1682. 1b.
