In XXXX, I overpaid Genesis Indigo card. There wasn't anything wrong with my account until after that was done. My balance showed {$44.00} which I paid three different times then, I paid {$73.00} with a representative who told me it was received. They continued telling me payments weren't going thru so, I called my credit union on three-way and she told me all payments went thru and if not where is my money? She faxed over my transaction history which they received on XX/XX/XXXX. I've gone back and forth with this company and now I'm being told about a card I've never had in my possession. They reported my account not in good standing. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE THEY WERE OVERPAID!!!!
