Consumer Narrative

On around XX/XX/XXXX and before I had noticed unauthorized transactions. I did not do I was told wait until its done pending and then report. I did as I was told to wait some more. I finally was able to report it through the bank today and they denied it the same day. Without no documentation or explanation. The rep over the phone did the report for me.
