I sent the bureau a certified letter more than 30 days ago that included proof that the discharged student loans were supposed to be removed from my credit report. I sent them what it studentaid.gov has listed on their website and the letter that was sent to me both stating that when they were discharged due to the school submitting fraud they were supposed to be removed from my credit report. This bureau has intentionally broke the law by ignoring all of my disputes and information and keeping the negative information on report. This has negatively impacted my ability to secure credit and get housing. I have stated this to the credit bureau but they continue to ignore my requests and not adequately investigate and remove the information. I have included proof with this complaint also.
