I requested a credit card with guarenteed approval by Credit Karma. I put a case in place Number XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The agent told me I would have an anwer on claiming XXXX dollar guarentee in a few days after they verified XXXX card " XXXX '' refused my card reguest. I was refused right after hitting submit and got a letter from card company a couple days later. My credit is rated excellent. I emailed Creidt Karma asking why no action has been taken four times. No repsonse. There is no way to call Credit Karma, no phone numbers work including corporate office. I looked on the internet and see that this very issue is being litigated by the FTC. I would like a resolution. I would like to be party to the penalty Credit Karma is being ordered to pay customers. Large fine set aside. Thank you and regards
