This complaint is filed against ARS National Services for unlawfully obtaining my XXXX consumer report on XX/XX/2022 without my authorization or a permissible purpose under the FCRA. Im aware the FCRA allows consumer reports to be obtained but only per 15 USC 1681b. I have not initiated any transaction with ARS National Services. Furthermore, I do not have an account as defined under 15 USC 1693a ( 2 ) with ARS National Services, for review or collection. I sent ARS National Services a certified letter via USPS with tracking XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which they in fact did receive. I have enclosed a copy of the signed PS Form 3811. Im demanding this company provide documentation supporting their permissible purpose for obtaining my XXXX consumer report.
