According to the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING Everything has to be one hundred percent accurate on my credit report. The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if there is a credit sale deficiency, it is reporting that this account type as a loan when in fact, this alleged arrangement is acknowledged by the governing laws as a credit sale. This has never or will be a loan agreement in place. Under any premises were goods or money loaned to me, the alleged debtor. It is a direct violation of FCRA to knowingly furnish or report false and incomplete information. Also the reporting of the lateness on the credit report is in accurate, it states I was current then 30 days late XX/XX/2018, 90 days late XX/XX/2018 and the vehicle was reposed in XX/XX/2018. The date last reported is inaccurate, this is grounds for removal they also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 602 A : states that I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 604 A SECTION 2 : states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions Lastly the reinvestigation has taken more than 30 days.
