When I signed up for this line of credit my checking account was linked and payments were made automatically each month. At some the company experienced some technical problems and they could no longer link my checking which I was not made aware of. Once I checked my account I saw a minimum amount due and paid it in the app as a one time payment using the same account they were supposed to have connected. I verified that my bank has not refused any payments by grain. I tried to find a number to contact them but could only try by sending email correspondences and requested they call me. I had no way to re-established auto pay and no one to discuss any credit issues due to there own system failures. I tried for 2 months and I even paid the account in full became they simply can not fix there issues. They reporting my account delinquent In error and I have pleaded with them to make the corrections asap as this is affecting me adversely I have even paid them in full. According the the XXXX they have a substantial amount of complaints regarding this very issue. I also noticed they deducted an annual fee of XXXX and a payment during the month that they claim they could no longer connect to my checking account which appears to be a glitch in there system. I was not aware that the fee would be deducted from my checking account instead of just charged to the like most fees and did not provide permission for this yet they are reporting my account delinquent when in fact they took out more funds that they were entitled to do so.
