Called on XX/XX/XXXX to request replacement card. Today is XX/XX/XXXX. I have not received card or an email saying when it will be replaced. I emailed their complaints line... still no response. They made me send in copy of license ending in XXXX through I'd me which matches my account phone of XXXX. They need to decide this week this week if the card is going to be sent to my address here in XXXX XXXX iowa. If not they need to close the card and no I am not calling them again
