This company is reporting inaccuracies on my credit report monthly. I have contacted them about this account and their inaccuracies. The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Public Law No. 91-508, was enacted in 1970 to promote accuracy, fairness, and the privacy of personal information assembled by Credit Reporting Agencies . By this company reporting immaculate information on my account, this has prevented me from moving forward to purchase a home. This account needs to be removed from my credit report. My credit laws are being violated and I want this account removed immediately.
