I saw this account on my credit report and it needs to be removed because it is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable : Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am entitled to complete and accurate credit history ; this is unverifiable account information and it needs to be removed. I want my credit report to be accurate and by law accounts that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable must be removed. If this information can be verified, please have these companies respond with verifiable proof of an ORIGINAL consumer contract with MY SIGNATURE thats on file for the account above. Unverifiable accounts must be removed. FURTHERMORE, there are late payments furnished on my consumer report. Pursuant to the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS.
