After reviewing my credit report I noticed I had 1 late payment on an account that I was never late for. Consumer Reporting Agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with XXXX XXXX. I have never been late on a payment. This account XXXX account number XXXX PLEASE INVESTIGATE and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late if proof can not be provided I demand these late payments be updated TO ON-TIME as they should be because I WAS NEVER LATE. This account is not accurate XXXX states I was late XXXX however Equifax and XXXX states XXXX was never late. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. 15.US Code 1681e- Compliance for Accurate reporting. UPDATE TO PAID ON TIME NEVER LATE OR REMOVE ACCOUNT
