XX/XX/XXXX ACH payment sent by WI Help for Homeowners in the amount of {$12000.00}. This was the amount to reinstate my mortgage. XXXX XXXX Mortgage processed my payment on XX/XX/XXXX. This would make my account late for XXXX since it was after the XXXX of XXXX causing my credit score further damage and accumulating further late charges and fees. XX/XX/XXXX, my mortgage is still not reinstated and is not found on my online account to make payments and manage my escrow account. Phone conversation with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I made a full mortgage payment over the phone and charged {$10.00} for this. Was told my account would be cleared up by XX/XX/XXXX, so I could access my account online. They claim it takes 30 days to clear the account and reinstate the mortgage from XX/XX/XXXX. I have an attorney that is accruing fees and charges because of all the time she has with communication with the attorney at XXXX and XXXX which was hired by XXXX XXXX Mortgage. I applied for assistance with my mortgage back in XX/XX/2023 after my XXXX XXXX and finding out I would not be able to work for 6 months. I was never given a chance for help, the loss mitigation packet was sent numerous times and wanted different documents every time, some of which I couldnt provide. Now it is XX/XX/XXXX and I still do not have any access to my mortgage account and my credit report is stating that XXXX and XXXX payments were late. This account has been paid in XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Now XXXX going to have to pay {$10.00} fee to pay over the phone again since I can not access my account. I still am receiving court documents for appearance in XXXX that were filed on XX/XX/2023 when the account was current.
