On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted dispute number XXXX and requested the removal of inaccurate Phone Records , Records 1 & 2, from my LexisNexis Consumer Report. On XX/XX/XXXX, LexisNexis provided a Report of Investigation ( Consumer Number XXXX, Case Number XXXX ) and determined the disputed Phone Records to be Unverifiable. On XX/XX/XXXX, LexisNexis provided a Report of Investigation ( Consumer Number XXXX, Case Number XXXX ) and determined the disputed Phone Records to be Accurate. On XX/XX/XXXX, in response to LexisNexis XX/XX/XXXX communication, and pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ), I submitted a Method of Verification Request ( XXXX ) to LexisNexis. Pursuant to FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ), the 15-day statutory deadline for LexisNexis to respond to my Method of Verification Request was XX/XX/XXXX.
