In XXXX I bought a XXXX XXXX XXXX from US Auto in XXXX, Georgia. Early in XXXX of XXXX, the transmission went malfunctioned completely to where the car was and still is undriveable. I tried to contact US Auto to get the car fixed with the warranty, only to find out the dealership went out of business and later sold my loan. I can not reach anyone from US Auto and the new debt collectors will not honor my warranty. This has greatly affected my life as my main job was food delivery. Without a vehicle, my income has been cut tremendously and I have no idea what to do.
