When I log in to my target red card account ending on XXXX it redirects me to a old account target red card account ended in XXXX. I've called many times asking why the closed account is still accessible and why it redirects my from a active account I've called many times once they hung up on me or redirected me to collections. I received no bill before my due date, everytime I try to log in I have to change my password, I had to pay over the phone or at least I thought I did but it didn't go through and put a negitive mark on my credit report.. I will not set up auto pay because of the closed account ended in XXXX is still accessible. this has been going every months for over a year. I finely filed a report with the XXXX and now you. I just want to access my account ending in XXXX and pay my bill..
