I have written XXXX, Equifax, XXXX 3x disputing the incorrect and fraudulent information on my credit accounts. Begging for the Burden or Proof. The bureaus have sent letters and emails denying my claims of incorrect reporting, inaccurate reporting and identity theft. Stating the the reporting companies certify that these INQUIRIES, missed payments, late payments, and or collections accounts are mine. I have yet to be provided with documentation or verifiable proof that these negative accounts belong to me. I feel that due to my race the bureaus are targeting my credit profile to keep my scores low and my ability to prosper from good credit from happening. I have challenged their accuracy in reporting using 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies : ( a ) Duty of furnishers of information to provide accurate information ( 1 ) Prohibition ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. Ive also challenged their collections errors and late payment errors using 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( b )
