Hunter Warfield fraudulently added my name to my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account claiming the debt was joint and reported it to the credit bureaus. {$4700.00} I was on a lease with my daughter from XX/XX/XXXX, to end of XX/XX/XXXX. After that time I was removed. My daughter singed a lease with XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The debt comes from unpaid rent in XXXX of XXXX. I have copies of the general release by landlord dated XX/XX/XXXX, the lease dated XX/XX/XXXX without my name on it, as well as a letter from the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that they did not submit my name to Hunter Warfield. I have received over 30 calls in a 3 month time frame, some multiple times in a single day. They started leaving voice mails, with no details, and when I called they wanted personal information. Hunter Warfeild illegally obtained an old lease to post this fraudulent debt in my name to the credit bureaus.
