In XX/XX/2023, I was told my va mortgage assumption application of my son-in-laws home was approved. I am a veteran an was using my benefit so I would need to move in this home as my primary residence. The bank CMG representative was very concerned that I owned two other properties. I explained that my plan was to move in after the closing. The representatives name is XXXX XXXX and to say the least is very unprofessional. My concern is with my daughter and grandchildrens welfare. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. When XXXX calls who has the mortgage they tell him it will take another 6 months. At this point this sounds like a run round to me. No denial No calls just wait. I think 8 months is enough time to get this done. I hope that you can assist me in getting this bank to do the right thing. Thanking you in advance. XXXX XXXX
