Someone has used my information to open fraudulent accounts. I have taken legal action against all parties. I have been advised to take the legal actions against two of the Credit Bureaus, Equifax & XXXX, for reporting inaccurate and fraudulent information and accounts. The Account is XXXX XXXX, Account # XXXX, Balance is {$750.00}, & Date Opened is XXXX XXXX, 2018. This account was opened fraudulently in my name. According to the creditor, the account was opened XX/XX/2018. I was XXXX during that time. I would have been able to open this account and I did not give anyone permission to do so. I have provided documentation supporting this. I demand this account be removed immediately.
